Dennis Bolles Obituary

Dennis Lee Bolles, 74, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2017 from pulmonary fibrosis.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary; his children Kirsten (Douglas) Terborg and Grace (Robert) Silva; and grandson, Bennett Silva.
Dennis graduated from Davenport College with an associate's degree in General Business and spent his entire working career in the field of project management. He co-authored several books on the subject and spoke at many workshops and seminars here and abroad. Upon retirement, he began his own project business management company and in that capacity also did consulting and mentoring.
Dennis loved to sing and was a charter member of the Magnachords and later the Holland Chorale.
For many years he also served as a Calvinist Cadet counselor and was a member of Calvary Christian Reformed Church.
Going out for breakfast was the highlight of every day. He also loved to read.
Dennis requested no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place.

I am saddened by knowing Dennis is not amongst us anymore. He was a great human being and a true-to-heart project manager. I had a chance to work with him over years when he was with 4PMTI. Thank you, Dennis, for enriching the lives of many people.

Mary, Kirsten and Grace...Brenda and I want to express our sympathy in the passing of your beloved husband and dad. Your family was a huge gift to us when we moved to Holland in the early 80's. We'll never forget Dennis' smile, his laugh and his love to engage in a good conversation about life, theology, faith, family, his work, church leadership and a host of other topics. Those were wonderful times when our families were young and we lived as close neighbors. We take joy in Dennis' life well-lived and his family well-raised. His legacy will live on in the lives of those he touched...including ours!
