Jessie Diekema Obituary
She is survived by her children, Eleanor and the Reverend Howard Vugteveen, Bern and Donna Diekema, Jerry and Bonnie Diekema, Kathy Diekema, Cal and Deb Diekema and Doug and Angie Diekema; 13 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Jessie was preceded in death by her husband, Berend Diekema; her daughter, Kimberly Diekema; and three sisters; and two brothers.
She was a member of Drenthe Christian Reformed Church and was active in the Ladies Aid.
Jessie's family would like to thank the staff at The Inn at Freedom Village and Hospice of Holland for the loving care given to her while she was under their care.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Yntema Funeral Home, 2512 South State Street, Zeeland. The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Drenthe Christian Reformed Church, 6344 Adams Street, Zeeland. Interment will be in West Drenthe Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to SEM (Special Education Ministries) or Drenthe Christian Reformed Church. www.yntemafh.com
