John always had a wave and friendly smile. It was good to see him when we would be up and around the neighborhood. He will surely be missed.

Aunt Joyce,
I have wonderful memories of Uncle John. You and Uncle John had the best marriage. You know how people introduce each other as the better half. Well you were both the better half. I remember going to your house after Scott had the first grandchild and Uncle John had built a toy house that filled the entire bedroom. I am sorry that I can not be at the service but please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and my cousins. Love you!

I have many great memories of "The Mayor" holding court at Country Corners. I also fondly remember the hospitality offered at the cottage for a bunch of kids on summer weekends. My prayers and sympathies to all of you.

Aunt Joyce, My heart aches for you today. You and Uncle John had a special love. I will miss him. He shared so much with me through the years. Different tidbits of knowledge. I always say he was my second dad. He taught me so much and never turned me away when I asked questions or bugged him. I pray that you and the boys can feel the love around you at this time. One day we will all be together in Glory! Love you! Pam
