Jon Chouinard Obituary
JON CARLETON Of Milford, passed away in the loving care of his family on March 14, 2017 at the age of 77. In addition to Marjie, his beloved wife of over 50 years, Jon is survived by his son, Jon (Angela) Chouinard; daughter, Elaine (Michael) Montico; grandchildren, Anna, Cole, Lueck, Owen, and Alex; sister, Darlene Musto; sister-in-law, Karen (Joseph) Ziembo; brothers-in-law, William (Nancy) Oller and Mark (Therese) Oller; as well as many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Jon was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Pearl Chouinard; granddaughter, Audrey Montico and brother-in-law, Donald Musto. Visitation will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 404 E. Liberty St., Milford, on Friday, March 17 from 2-9 p.m. Vigil Service 7 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held from the National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica Catholic Church, 2100 W. 12 Mile Road, Royal Oak, on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 10 a.m. with gathering to begin at 9:30 a.m. The Rev. Fr. Kevin Roelant to officiate. Burial Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley. Memorials may be made to Be Our Guest Adult Day Service, 2020 E. Grand River, Suite 103, Howell, MI 48843.
