Rosa Delgado Obituary
A visitation for Rosa will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 3050 N Highway A1A, Indialantic, FL 32903, followed by a mass of Christian burial at 12:00 PM.
Rosa was born and raised in Germany. After high school she met and married her husband Juan Delgado, who was stationed with the army in Augsburg, Germany, and they had their daughter, Anna. A military family, they lived in numerous places including Germany, California, and Colorado before settling in Florida. She worked as a manager in jewelry retail at Patrick AFB and retired as a homemaker.
She loved to spend time with her family and could often be found outside in the sunshine working in her yard at her home by the beach. She was an amazing cook and avid baker. Fun loving, glamorous, tenacious, and with an incredible smile and infectious laugh, she definitely had a zest for life!
A beloved wife, mom and Oma, she will be greatly missed. Rosa is survived by her daughter Anna Delgado; grandson Ryan Smith; granddaughter Alison Gordon; grandson-in-law Paul Gordon; and great-grandson, Benjamin Gordon.
She was preceded in death by her parents, seven brothers and sisters and her loving husband of 50 years, Juan (we know they are reunited and dancing again together in heaven!).
