Adam J. Chiasson
Larose - Adam J. Chiasson, 91, a native and resident of Larose passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021.
Visitation will be held at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church on Thursday, May 27th from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his children, Terry Chiasson (Roxanne) and Cherie C. Zeringue (Mark); grandchildren, Ben Hillman, Melissa Hicks (Kevin), Justin Chiasson (Amy) and Rebecca C. Nugent (Neale); great-grandchildren, Chesley, Philip II, Alyce, Karlee and Hoyt; brother, Whitney Chiasson; niece, Rhonda C. Williams; nephew, Brian Chiasson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Terry and Jeanne Guidroz Chiasson; son-in-law, Philip Hillman; daughter-in-law, Jacalyn N. Chiasson; sister-in-law, Betty A. Chiasson.
Adam was a U.S. Navy veteran and he retired from LaFourche Parish Sheriff Office after serving as a deputy for 20 years. He loved to play Pedro and dance.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to LaFourche Deputies' Association, P.O. Box 1096, Thibodaux, LA 70302.
