Bobby Butler Jones Obituary
Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at Christ Baptist Church in Houma from 9 a.m. until service time Tuesday, June 12. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m., with burial to follow in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Dianne Floyd Jones; son, Kenneth Wayne Jones and fiancée, Tanuel Mabe; daughter, Kimberly Jones Chruma and husband, Douglas Chruma; grandchildren, Lacee Chruma Cavalier and husband, Britt Cavalier, and Sophia Cassidy Jones; and great-grandchildren, Rowan Cavalier, Lucy Cavalier and baby boy Cavalier, expected arrival Aug. 2018.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Butler Jones and Mattie Hammond Jones; one half-brother; and two half-sisters.
Bobby was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He enjoyed fishing, sports and watching the New Orleans Saints, LSU Tigers and New Orleans Pelicans.
Bobby enjoyed spending his free time with his family and friends, whom he loved dearly.
The family would like to thank the staff of Stat Home Health, TGMC, Dr. Craig Wade, Dr. Russell Henry and Nurse Christina Allen.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
