Brian Johnson

Brian Keith "Crunch Man" Johnson, 53, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Tuesday, May 3, 2011.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 1117 President Street in Thibodaux. Religious services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his mother, Georgette Johnson of Thibodaux; eight sisters, Delores Jones, Barbara and husband, Michael Richardson, Debbie and husband, Karl Jackson, Tyran and husband, Wesley Thomas, Beverly, Vanessa, Tammy, and Tersia Johnson; three brothers, Zebedee and wife, Karen Johnson, Ronnie Lee and wife, Alice Johnson, and Johnell Johnson; two godchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Johnson; one sister, Dawn Marie Johnson; and three brothers, John Jr., Charles, and Tyrone Johnson.

He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.

Our thoughts and prayers goes out to Ms. Georgette and the family. We all go our separate ways in life, but remain connected in memories. Rest in peace "keith" and say hello to Tyrone and the rest for me. We will miss you!
