Francis Barbier Obituary
A visitation will be held in his honor on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at St. Anne Church, Napoleonville, La., from 9 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. The burial will follow in St. Anne Cemetery in Napoleonville.
He is survived by his two sisters, Lois Talbot, Mary Ann Melvin; and many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his spouse, Winnifred Landry Barbier; daughter, Susan Margaret Barbier; parents, Leo and Laura Delaune Barbier; sister, Lucille Couvillon; and brothers-in-laws, Conrad Couvillon, Johnny Melvin, Thomas Talbot.
The family would like to thank Bill's caregivers, who will forever be part of our family, Genevia "Gee" Simms, Betty Henderson, Pauline Ambrose, Dorothy Mora, Desiree Brown, and very special neighbors, Bobby and Loretta LaGrange.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Assumption ARC.
