Michael Boudreaux Obituary
Michael Wayne Boudreaux, 25, a native and resident of Houma, died Saturday, May 12, 2012 due to injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park.
He is survived by his daughter, Sophie Boudreaux; mother, Melinda Boudreaux Hurlburt and stepfather, Jon Hurlburt of Houma; father, Jerry Bourg; sisters, Ashley Boudreaux and fiance', Eric Porche, Kaitlyn Boudreaux, Brooke Hurlburt and Mattison Bourg; brothers, Gavin Hurlburt, Trent Bourg, Eric Bourg and Andrew Bourg; grandparents, Evelyn and Al Cunningham Jr., Mary Rodriguez, Jerry Bourg Sr. and Rae Ann Boudreaux; great-grandparents, Marion Henry, Irene Beaver and Elvin Beaver; niece, Aleighya Porche; aunt, Angel Trahan and husband, Chad; and godparents, Linda and Kent White.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Todd Boudreaux; uncle, Neal Boudreaux; grandfather, Lionel Boudreaux; and great-grandfather, Floyd Henry.
He was a bouncer at The City Club of Houma. He was currently training at Alford Safety Services. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a past Volunteer fireman for the Bayou Cane Fire Department.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, hunting, fishing and playing pool. He loved playing football and was an avid New Orleans Saint and LSU fan. He will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Although I was never able to meet Michael, I am happy to have found his sister Ashley and her fiancé Eric. I love you both! I am here for you always Ashley no matter what... Always, that's a promise. I'm so sorry for what you are going through, I cannot find the words to say how sorry I am that you are going through this difficult time, but if you need me I will be here to help you through this, i am praying for you and your family. I might Michael a few days after I moved into my apartment, he and his ex wife moved into the apartment on top of us. We all hit off, cause he was very friendly to all of us. Michael was a very dear friend of ours and will miss him dearly. You will never be forgotten.
