Ollie Lyons Jones Obituary
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until funeral time 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 18 at Residence Baptist Church, 2605 Isaac St., Houma. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Frederick Porche; daughters, Teneke Carter (Chris), Tager Porche and Mariah Jones; six grandchildren; brothers, Albert Lyons Sr. (Beulah) and William Lyons Sr.; sisters, Elizabeth Smith, Evelyn Madison (Leroy) and Ida Porche (Norman); and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ida Mae Lyons; maternal grandparents, William and Elizabeth Robinson Smith; brothers, Joseph Thompson Sr. and Jessie J., Charles and Eddie Lyons.
Arrangements are by Jones Funeral Home of Houma.
