Thomas Guillot Obituary
Thomas L. "Tom" Guillot, Jr., a native and resident of Choupic, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, February 26, 2021, at the age of 76.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Thibodaux Funeral Home at 8:30 am until 10:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Chackbay at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Claudia B. Guillot; children, Ryan Guillot and Nicole G. Kraemer and husband Gilbert, Jr.; grandchildren, Chase Kraemer and Allie Kraemer; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his canine companion, Sophie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas L. Guillot, Sr. and Adelia Vicknair Guillot; in-laws, Claude Bernard, Sr. and Lucy Thibodaux Bernard; and sister, Jane Guillot Robertson and husband Enoch.
He enjoyed fishing, building and repairing knick-knacks, and riding around on his golf cart. What he enjoyed the most was spending time with his family and spoiling his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all his loved ones.
The family would like to thank Dr. Alan Fortier, Dr. David Patten, Dr. Sandeep Patel, as well as the staff at Family Doctor Clinic for their care and compassion throughout the years.
