Alan Carmichael Obituary

Alan Lee Carmichael
1961-2015
Alan Lee Carmichael, beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend, went to be with his Savior on April 17, 2015 after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Born June 8, 1961 to Kenneth Carmichael and Betty Carmichael Kreutzer, Alan lived an abundant life in his short 53 years. He never met a stranger and had an impact on many lives through his warmth and humor. For twenty years he owned and operated Wireline Technologies Inc., making dear friends of employees and customers. For the past three years he ventured into commercial real estate, again making friends along the way. In between he went to Kenya five times on medical mission trips. Alan leaves to celebrate his life and cherish his memory, his devoted wife of 30 years Jeanne Stuhlreyer Carmichael, their loving children, sons Andrew and Kenneth and daughter Christina. He is also survived by his beloved step-father Harold Kreutzer, brothers KP Carmichael, Jeffrey Carmichael, David Hale, Kevin Carmichael and sisters Kelli Davis and Kayla Carmichael, several sisters-in-law, brothers-in law, nieces and nephews, and a host of close friends. Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family 5-7PM, Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Klein Funeral Home. A funeral service will be 10:30AM, Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 5201 Spring Cypress Rd., Spring, TX 77379 with interment to follow in Klein Memorial Park, FM2920. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to Trinity Lutheran School for future building expansion.

I did not know. I am sorry Alan was one of my favorite people. He worked so hard and well for the boys on Scouts. I am so saddened to hear that cancer reared its ugly head again

We never did get a chance to race our GT500s. As competitive as Alan was it would have been a hoot. Gone way too soon. We will miss you buddy. See you on the other side my friend (but not too soon).

This isn't the end my friend, it's the beginning. It's where you have been preparing to go since the day you were born. I'm sad for those you have left behind but, I'm very happy for you. Even a bit jealous because you have won the victory, while the rest of us still fight on in this ugly, evil, sin filled world. Your world has none of that now. I know I will see you again because like you, I believe the blood of Jesus has covered my sins. The assurance we have is in John 5:24 Jesus said; "I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.
Talk to you later buddy!
