With great sadness, we share that Alan Andrew Paine passed away on the 18th of October 2025 in College Station, Texas. Alan will be dearly missed.
Alan was the beloved son of the late Robert Edward Paine III and Patricia Bartlett Paine. He graduated from St. Thomas High School in 1980 and later earned a degree from Texas A&M University.
Alan is survived by his brothers, Robert Edward Paine IV (Sara) and Stephen Bartlett Paine (Janna) and his sisters, Suzanne Paine and Laura Paine Gilbert (Grant). He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary Wilhelmina Paine. He loved his many nieces and nephews, beloved aunt, cousins and friends.
Alan was known for his kindness, compassion and his love for the great outdoors. He loved to read, ranch and hunt.
A private family service will be held for Alan's life. In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests memorial contributions in Alan's honor may be directed to a charitable organization dear to your heart.
