Andrew Walker Obituary

ANDREW EVERETT WALKER, born April 30, 1959 in Houston, Texas passed away Monday, December 31, 2001 at the age of 42. He is preceded in death by his daughter Megan and his brother John. Drew was a seasoned motocross rider and died doing what he most enjoyed while riding on a motocross track. He leaves us with countless memories of time spent while riding with his sons and close friends on motocross weekends. He is survived by his loving family, wife Cathy Walker and son's Anthony and Jonathan, Parents: Davis and Marietta Walker, Grandmother: Gertrude Walker, Brother: Brit Walker and wife Pat, Sisters: Denise Tubb, Toni and husband Ben and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, Aunts and Uncles, and great caring friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 3, 2002 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Heights Funeral Home. Service will be held on Friday, January 4, 2002 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Heights Funeral Home. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the SIDS Research Foundation.
