Beverly Pearl Coates Chambers

BEVERLY PEARL COATES CHAMBERS, age 84, died peacefully surrounded by her family on August 5, 2006. A Houston resident for 48 years, she was born in Garyville, Louisiana. She was a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur "Pat" Patton Chambers. She is survived by her children Beverly Chambers, Elizabeth Chambers, Merrie and Joe Watkins, Maureen and Chris Hiller, Pat and Cheryl Chambers and John Chambers. She has 18 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Serving as Pallbearers will be Jack Thompson, Harry Thompson, Chris Hiller, Joe Watkins, Bill Allison, and Paul Abadie. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 7, 2006 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at 12:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Oaks with interment to follow.
