BILLY HOUSE
I am sure we all have our own special memories of Billy and the things he used to do as he sure did leave many.
I meet Billy in the Christmas of 1991. Billy was the nephew I never had at the time; we became good mates straight away. When Billy turned 9 he wanted to stay with his Uncle Terrill and me in Austin. He had never flown before, so onto the plane we got. Billy all excited with the window seat and ready to watch the world go by, but all he got to see was the inside of a brown paper bag. (I admit he did get all the sympathy from the hostesses.)
Not knowing it then, but on his next big flight he came over to New Zealand with Nonnie and Nelwyn. He was 12 and we had the time of our lives. We did the all the tourist things, jet-boating, gold panning, train rides, whale watching (where he was lucky it didn’t become whale feeding.) He kept a diary and made a video on the things we did and saw. When he got home he presented his vacation back to his classmates. He didn’t care too much for the food, too many veggies and not enough fries, and he was never going to like any meat pies. He smiled and laughed the whole time here but as any 12-year-old would he missed his Mom and Dad. He called home at least every 2nd Day. Billy won everyone’s heart here in New Zealand.
When we would come to stay in Houston he would give up his bedroom and sleep in the lounge that’s the sort of kid Billy was, no fuss just whatever it takes (or whatever Mom said).
I last saw Billy in Katy about 2 weeks ago and we also spoke on Christmas day. He was still keen to come back for another visit and was asking when was the best time to fly.
Billy anytime you want to pay another visit the door will always remain open and there will always be L&P in the fridge.
Thanks for the memories and friendship Billy
Thinking of you all
Love Kiwi and Janine

Dear Chrissy,
You don't know me and I don't know you, but I have experienced the pain that you are feeling. I know your sister Courtney, whom I met through Josh Welch. Josh was my boyfriend, as you well may know, Josh was killed in a tragic jet ski accident on June 15, 2003. My heart goes out to you sweetie. I know the pain is so deep it's almost unbearable. Keep your faith in the Lord and talk to him, ask him for help, he is there for you. If you ever feel that you need to talk to somebody that has experienced the same feelings and can relate please don't hesitate to give me a call. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
Dear The House Family and Extended Family and Friends,
Words can't express the pain you are feeling at this time. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this horrible time.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Michala McLean

My prayers go out to all who loved Billy. He was a great person and he will truly be missed. And Billy, I'm not sure if you knew Shaun Messimer, but if you see him up there please tell him "hi" and "we miss him too." Why God chose some of the best people I have ever known, who knows? Only he.

I hadn't met Billy personally but felt as if I knew him from the many kind words spoken about him by my family, the Schusters. Billy truly will be missed by all who deeply loved him and by those who knew him. When you think about Billy, see him in Heaven listening to stories told first-hand by King David and the prophets. He'll be fishing with Jesus, the greatest fisherman of all. He'll touch the moon and stars being with the Holy One who created them, filling him with the awesome glory and wonder of his Heavenly Father. Smile when you think of Billy knowing he is smiling at you with the love of God.

The loss of Billy leaves a great void in so many people's lives. I've worked with him over the past few years at his cousin's law firm, The Matthews Firm. He was helpful, always laughing, was a true team player, and we always enjoyed visiting with his family when they came to work to see him.
I cannot imagine the loss of a child, you always expect to go well before he or she does, but what a joy he was while he was here -- always talking about his car, truck, or whatever he was driving at the time, what he was going to do to his vehicle next, how wonderful his girlfriend was and what they had planned for the weekend -- generally being a part of all our lives -- I will truly miss him, but we all have great memories to keep him forever alive!

Beloved Billy, you have departed this life into the loving arms of Christ Our Lord and Saviour. Many are left to truly celebrate your life. We remember your genuine, warm smile, kind heart, and tender care and loving towards others. You touched many lives along the way, and have bestowed beautiful memories for all of us to hold dear to our hearts for an eternity. Your God-sisters, Chelsea, Brandy, Kristi, and Kelly along with parents Zadie and Owen deeply mourn your passing, but rejoice in your eternal life with Christ our Lord and Almighty God. You, your parents, and entire family are especially loved by all six members of the Coleman family. We are deeply touched with remembrances of you so numerous that we embrace them today and for always. The joy you brought to all of us will be treasured unmeasurably for a lifetime. Dearest Billy, we love you forever and ever.
