Carlos Hernandez Obituary

Carlos A. Hernandez, was born in Houston, Texas to Rufus and Manuela Hernandez. He left behind his loving wife, Sandra Vasquez Hernandez, his son, Carlos Jr., his daughter, Carol and 6 grandchildren. He is now reunited with his parents and his sister, Mary Esther, in Heaven watching over his family. His brother and sisters, Rufus, Jr., Alice, Linda, Josephine, and Dora will miss him dearly, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a wonderful artist, a talented musician, a handy craftsman, a Mr. Fix It and an all-around great man. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation at Santana Funeral Home 401 South Sgt. Macario Garcia Dr. Houston, TX Tuesday, October 30, 2012 1:00-9:00 PM Cremation to follow.

Carlos was a shining light in my Sister Sandra's life. He loved her and took care of her when she needed it. He was so helpful and sweet to her and the rest of the family. His smile lit up the room. He is no longer suffering and will watch over those he loved. We'll miss you, Carlos. Love you!

Carlos was a wonderful man,with the biggest heart ever....So sweet and would give you the shirt off of his back if you needed it....I know my sister loved him,and I know he loved her....Our family will never be the same without you...We love you and miss you always...Rest in Peace Carlos....
