Caroline Neuhaus Obituary

Caroline Morgan Hoang Neuhaus
08/20/1974 - 12/09/2022
Caroline Morgan Hoang Neuhaus, age 48, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2022, in Houston. She was born on August 20, 1974, in Saigon, Vietnam. Caroline's parents immigrated to the USA in 1975 as a result of the fall of Vietnam to the Communists.
Caroline was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and also Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). She received her B.B.A. in Accounting, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Houston in 1997. From 1996-1997, Caroline was an executive services intern at Price Waterhouse, LLP. In 1997, she began employment as a senior consultant of Strategy, Finance, and Economics, at Arthur Andersen, LLP until 2000, when she moved to SalvageSale, Inc. From 2002-2010, Caroline served as Senior Manager at UHY Advisors FLVS, Inc. Most recently and currently, she was an Associate Director at Berkeley Research Group, LLC.
Caroline was an active member of St. Martin's Episcopal Church, The Junior League of Houston, charter member of Royal Oaks Country Club, served as PTA treasurer of Bunker Hill Elementary, a volunteer for Camp for All, and HSPVA.
Caroline was super outgoing, friendly, determined, motivated, competitive, and always had a smile on her face. She was courageous and never complained. She loved to shop; mostly for others except when it came to her latest fetish- Rothy's shoes. Caroline was the designated shopper and arrangement maker for anyone getting married or having babies. She could make the most amazing baskets. She loved to travel and experience new places and cultures. She enjoyed snow skiing, visiting the beach in Florida, and spending time at the family ranch. Caroline was a foodie. Anytime there was a new must try restaurant she would plan an outing. After the twins were born, Caroline's number one interest was raising the twins. She would often say she had three kids; the third being Rad. Caroline was super organized. She had the family's whole life on a spreadsheet.
Caroline was preceded in death by her father, An Ngoc; and her father-in-law, R. Sells Neuhaus. She is survived by her husband, Radford Sells Neuhaus; children, Radford Sells Neuhaus II and Morgan Grace Neuhaus; mother, Dang Phuong Linh and husband, Le Phat Duoc; brother, Anthony Hoang; brother, Johnny Hoang and wife Crystal Marie Garner-Hoang, and their daughters, Amber Grace Mai Hoang, Julia Taylor Quynh Hoang, Sienna Pearl Lan Hoang; and brother, Christopher Hoang and wife, Maria La; and their daughter, Tinley Elise Hoang. Caroline is also survived by her mother-in-law, Pamela Dexter Neuhaus; step mother-in-law, Rebecca Dunn Neuhaus; brother-in-law, Stephen Dexter Neuhaus and wife, Jennifer Kovacs Neuhaus, and their children, Stephen Sells Neuhaus and Charlotte Sophia Neuhaus; sister-in-law, Shawn Neuhaus Roady and husband, John Davis Roady Jr., and their children, John Davis Roady III, Sarah Elizabeth Roady, and Connor Neuhaus Roady; brother-in-law, Timothy Edward Neuhaus and wife, Sarah Brejot Neuhaus, and their children, Emilie Helen Neuhaus and Hall Sells Neuhaus.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Houston Hospice for the care given and compassion shown to the entire family.
The memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, on Friday, December 16, 2022, at St. Martin's Episcopal Church, 717 Sage Rd., in Houston. For those who are unable to attend in person, the service will be live-streamed at http://www.stmartinsepiscopal.org/funerals/.
