1935-2016
Cecilia J. "Pinky" Soliz, passed away December 28, 2016. She is survived by her loving husband Rupert; her two sons, Anthony and Erik, her brother Frank Hernandez and a large extended family. Pinky was fun-loving, generous, and kind. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, who will be missed dearly. Her funeral Mass will be held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church on Monday, January, 2, 2017 at 10 am.

Pinky, always a bright light, a positive force. We always fondly remember your tireless support of your family, Westbury Soccer, and the other endeavors you loved.
Everybody loved Pinky! She brought the best half time snacks to soccer games. Even enough for Jill and all the little sisters and brothers not on the team.

Pinky was one of the nicest people my husband Johnny and I got to know. We used to bowl and travel together. She always had that beautiful smile. Our condolences to Rupert and family. She will be missed.

Pinky treated everyone as dearly as she did her own family. We always felt welcome in her home and loved in her presence. She was kind, caring and generous with her hugs & kisses. She will be greatly missed. Love and prayers to Rupert, Anthony, Erik and all who loved her.

Pinky you will be missed. Frank bought a complete stranger into all your lives 38 years ago. From the time we first met you always referred to me as M'ijo. I have so many fond memories of spending time and holidays with you and the family. Love you & miss you with all my heart.
