Our sincere sympathy to the entire Calabrese family,
Such a kind and gentle soul will be greatly missed by our greyhound community.
Pete was a wonderful person and a dedicated volunteer to the cause of greyhound adoption for many years.. Pete was always present with a smile and could be counted on faithfully to man the adoption table with his greyhound at Renault Winery and so many other events. He had a boundless enthusiam for greyhound rescue and helping people.which honestly help to re-energize other volunteers around him to rally harder for the cause. He sucessfully encouraged many a potential adopter to take the plunge, including Nick and his beautiful family. We feel very fortunate to have known Pete and are so very sorry to hear of his passing. Our thoughts are with his family.
