Charles Clark
1938-2018
Charles Edward Clark, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away February 2, 2018. He was born April 29, 1938, in Grapeland, Texas. He received an Associates Degree from San Jacinto College. In 1976, he was a founder of ACT Steel, Inc. and retired in 1990 to become a rancher in Brazoria County. He is preceded in death by his parents, Olan and Madie Clark, and sister Anita Tyner. He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Barbara, daughter Carol Yeates and fiancée Bill Newman, son David Clark; grandchildren Darren Brister, Adam Yeates, and Jamie Yeates. He will be remembered for his love of life, generous spirit, individuality, and the joy he brought to his family and many friends. He was truly one of a kind.
