Charlie was rembered by some of our class mates as a scrapper. But from Lantrip elementary to Jackson Je hi to Austin and our mid term Jan. 1962 graduating class I remember his infectious laugh and smile. Dispite his older brothers reputation he made great grades, friends of everyone and was liked by All. But when called on to help a classmate in HS he would join the fight. he called me and had four of his classmates whom we had not seen in 40 years come together for a great lunch twice in 2 years before his illness came to light. We will never forget him and his family can call on me for help as long as I am able.

I remember meeting Charles in Middle school at Jackson Jr high. We were good friends through high school and some of my fondest memories of us were during gym and homeroom. We lost touch and recently reunited a couple of years ago. It was really good to see him after so many years had passed. Charles will be missed but the memories we had together will live on forever.

Uncle Charlie has always been a Guarino family favorite, and, by extension, a favorite of all of Cele's family, too. He brought happiness to every occasion, and he and Sammy have always been a model of a joyful married couple. Everybody fortunate enough to know them would agree. We will all miss Mike's Uncle Charlie, but I know that he will always continue to share his love with all of his beloved family. You are all in my prayers.

Uncle Charlie was very special to us all. We where blessed to have him as a uncle and see him at family gatherings my whole life. He was a joker, teaser, and always fun to be around. Most of all he loved his family. In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. RIP Uncle Charlie.

I will never forget the time spent with Charlie while he was working at Bailey Cowan Heckaman. Even after he retired he would come back and take various coworkers to lunch...just to visit.

He truly was a great man. He was funny, loving, hardworking, and always had a great story to tell. And no one at the firm could beat him at pullups in the file room!

I loved Charlie, and considered him a friend. I will miss him dearly. RIP my friend, and I will see you again one day on the flip side.

Uncle Charlie was the best and he always made me feel loved and welcome, and he was the best brother to my Pops, David. I can see them now up in Heaven fussing over Memaw, and I just miss them something awful. All my thoughts and prayers are with Aunt Sammie now, as I know Uncle Charlie was the other half of her heart and soul. Taking solace in the fact that she has her wonderful boys, daughter in laws, grandbabies and faith to help hold her up right now.
