Charles Edward Lambert, Jr. was born August 17th, 1929 in Houston, Texas. He joined his heavenly Father on February 26, 2015, surrounded by his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Edward Lambert, Sr. and Beulah Lambert; sister and brother-in-law: Yvronne McConn (Robert); brother-in-law Jack Ahrens; son, Charles Edward III, and daughters: Theresa Cheryl, Donna, and Diane.
Charlie is survived by Nancy, his wife of 66 years, and 5 daughters: Carol Bull (Worth), Susan Lambert, Cindy Faught (Charlie), Debbie Krzywonski, and Mary Lynn Lucas (Vernon); 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, his sister Charlene Ahrens, and numerous nieces and nephews, and a lifetime of friends – all of whom will deeply miss his smile, his endless generosity and sense of humor.
A celebration of Charlie's life will be held at St. Louis King of France Catholic Church, where he was a member since 1952. Vigil and Rosary will be held Tuesday, March 3rd, at 7PM. The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 4th, at 1PM (7601 Burnet Road). Interment will follow at later date.

Nancy and girls I can not find the words to tell you all, how sorry I am for your loss. My condolences. I will miss talking to him, as he would come and tell me how he like his shirts altered, very precised about his clothes. I will miss him dearly. Nancy.... I love you and the girls.
