I knew Chris from or Jr High days in Charles City, IA. Everything I read above rings true for the kid I knew. It sounds like he remained much the same throughout his life which is a very good thing. We laughed a lot and had a lot of fun together.
It was always fun to visit Jim and Susan's house in town and I think Chris enjoyed visiting our farm, as well.
We kept in touch for a while after he moved to Marshalltown, but eventually lost touch. He was a person will with knowing and he is missed.

Chris and I have worked together for approximately 15+years. He was very passionate about his work as well as his family. He would always go out of his way to help you. Not only was he a pleasure to work with, but he was also my friend. I looked at him as being my younger brother. We hit it off very good. I cherished every moment that we worked together trying to resolve a legal matter, and I'm very proud to have known him and call him my friend. Chris will be sadly missed.

The Lowman family moved next door to my Conroe Lake house over a decade ago. From the first day I met Chris I realized I possibly could have just met one of best friends. As it turned out I was correct.........the Lowman family is amazing and as we all know Chris is a one of a kind special person.
Loved by many and taken from us way too soon. When you hear LIFE isn't fair, well this holds true for our Chris. Chris did not deserve one day of sickness. Chris is an example to all of us how to live life the the fullest. The man was rarely in one spot for longer than a nano second. Always soaking life up and making others happy. To know Chris was to love Chris.
I will often hold a glass up and make a toast to Chris........... I believe with all my heart he would want that and will smile down upon us. Cheers Chris.....

I´m so sorry to hear of Mr. Lowman´s passing. He was always smiling when I would see him walking down to his office. May our Lord and Savior provide comfort and healing to the family.
