AJ and fam
We send our deepest condolences to you during this time of sorrow. We were saddened to hear of your loss. I know that you loved your mother more than life itself. I can't say I know what it feels like to lose a mother but I do know that to lose one must be the toughest thing to go through. I commend you for being so strong throughout it all. As many have already said, Mrs Claudia was a very sweet and gentle person. Her presence always came off very angelic. One memory I can share is your mother used to tell me to quit eating ice all the time b/c I won't have any iron in my system! Well guess what, I kept on and now I'm paying for it! LOL! My husband Dannie said your mom used to come over and sit on the patio in the apartments and chill and talk with his mom, Brenda. You will be in prayers! Just know you have many friends and family praying for you.

AJ,
I worked with Claudia for several years at CCCS/MMI. We were desk partners and I mean "Partners". The love I had for her can't be expressed in words. I was shocked to hear the news of her passing, however I know that she is with her Lord and Savior. Someday we will be seeing each other again. She was a very kind and loving person. We cried/laughed and prayed together. Her strength in Christ was strong. I will miss my dear friend and sister in Christ. God be with you and your family in this time of sorrow. The joy of the Lord in knowing that she is with her Father in heaven.

To the Eldridge Family:
I had the privilege of knowing Claudia for a short time at work. She was a loving, happy woman that always had a great smile on her face despite how busy it would get. Though we'll miss her greatly, I know she'll be smiling her great smile at all of us up in heaven.
May God bring you comfort and strength during this time.

AJ and Family,
I was shocked to hear about your mother's Homegoing; but take comfort in knowing that God's love abounds! It was His wish to call one of His angels home so that she can watch over you, her most cherished love ones in a more powerful, Christ-like manner! When the tears are falling remember John 14. "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself;that where I am, there you may be also."

To my friend AJ, I want to send you and your family my deepest sympathy on the passing of your mother. The many, many memories I have of her will always keep me strong when I think of her. Her smile was so unique because she would smile regardless if she was in a storm or if everything was going ok for her. She was a great friend that I could always confide in and she would always find a way to refer to a scripture based on our conversations. She was such a sweet angel and I'm glad that the Lord blessed us to cross paths. I know you are going through such a difficult time right now because she was your number #1 Lady, but remember God knows what's best and HE wont put more on you than you can bear. My family is praying for you and yours. Friend know that this too shall pass and Im praying that God continues to strengthen you. Love Always.

AJ Eldridge & Family,
May God continue to lay his hands upon your family at this time. She is not here in body, but, definitely in SPIRIT, she lives.
As is says in Matthew 11: 28-30
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
She is in a better place.

What Can Comfort You?
What can comfort you?
When a loved one is lost,
When the pain is so great
And your world's been tossed?
What can calm you?
When no words know how,
When the load is hard to bear
And you need relief right now?
What can guide you?
When your not sure which way to go,
When the mountain seems too steep
And your in the valley so low?
What can uplift you?
When you can't see the trials end,
Only the arms of the Lord
And the prayers of a friend.
I love you. Rest in peace Moma Eldridge and tell Terry hello. We will see each other again. Love Curtis, Keesha, Jazmyne & Camryne Jones

To the Eldridge Family
I had the opportunity of meeting and working with Claudia at American General many years ago. The smile on her face is just how I remember her back then. Claudia was there to celebrate many birthdays with me and my family. The one I remember oh so well was when we saw her shoes in the middle of the floor and not her because she was underneath the cake table sound asleep. I'm sadden to hear of her home going. Know that GOD does not make a mistake his decision was to pluck another rose from his garden that she was. May you find comfort in GODs word and know that he will comfort you during your loss. My prayers are with you.

May god continue to bless you and your family in your time of sorrow. Just remember your mother is where we all are trying to get and you are not alone. Everyone is here for you. all you have to do is ask. She had to leave you because the Lord needed her at this time but you will always have her in your heart she's only a whisper away. If you need her she will be there just call her name. Claudia was a great mother & friend when we were all at Greater St. Paul's together. If you need anything or just want to talk you know where I am just come by.

Sis Eldridge was a joy to be around. When we sung in the choir at Greater St. Paul's, she kept us laughing to the point I called her the 'choir's cheerleader'. She was a Diva and you knew it the way she carried herself. In her words "I'm a lady". AJ, one thing I learned is that God makes no mistakes. She loved Him and and her family. She will be greatly missed.

AJ, Deacon Eldridge---our prayers are with you and your family in your time of grief. John 14:2 says "in my Father's house are many mansions and I go to prepare a place for you....". When I was told the news of your passing I was overwhelm to the point that I couldn’t function and my heart has been heavy every since. I had an email prepared to send to you making sure you would be there on Sunday Morning to assist me in the Gym, that I delayed sending because I couldn’t remember if your computer had been repaired yet and then I had to delete it because you would never receive it. In all that has been going through my mind I think of the many conversations we had about life, family, serving God’s people, and our grandsons.
I’m not sure how you and I became close, I just look up one day and there you were and I’ve been blessed by your presence every since. You were always the example of how we should allow God’s Light to shine through us, from your powerful prayer life, to your meek and humble personality, and your willingness to serve God’s people in excellence.
Your presence will be greatly missed at St. Stephen, this pass Sunday I kept looking your way to see you with your arms raised praising God and thinking to myself this is one of those services that Claudia would have truly enjoyed. I’ve prayed for your family and will continue to remember them in prayer as they go forward in this season of their life. Thank you for your dedicated service at St. Stephen.
