Danny, my cousin and friend, I can never fully repay you for all that you gave to me while you were here. I still cannot even believe that you are truly gone and maybe it's because you aren't. You will live on and on in our memories forever. You touched so many people, in so many ways, with your thoughts and with your actions. Now, the Good Lord has taken you back from us but you will always live in our hearts. I know that one day we will meet again face to face. Until that day, may the Lord keep us both in safety and happiness. Amen.

You are all in my thoughts today. I can't imagine your loss and the pain you all are feeling. I do beleive that Danny is now in "book two" of his life and one day you will all see him again.

The service was amazing! Danny would have love it. It was a great tribute to him both the video and everyone's readings.

I love you all,

My prayers are with the Leija family. Be strong and know that Danny is at peace and in an amazing place, probably smiling and cracking his usual jokes. He'll be missed but know in your heart that he's always with you.
