Frank Lopresti Obituary

Raynham Frank J. Lopresti, in East Bridgewater, Feb. 22, 2008, husband of Catherine M. (Nasise) Lopresti, died at Sachem Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in East Bridgewater at the age of 91. Born in Messina, Italy, Frank was a son the late Carmello and Jouachina (Navario) Lopresti. He came to the United States when he was two years old and moved to Raynham 60 years ago. Frank was the owner of the former Town Club on Broadway in Raynham then went on to work at Grossmans in Taunton and Raynham. He also belonged to the Taunton Lodge of Elks. Frank was the father of Jacqueline M. Yafrate of Raynham and Charles S. Lopresti of Raynham; grandfather of five grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Funeral will be held at the OKeefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., in Taunton, Tuesday, Feb. 26, at 9 a.m. Funeral Mass will be at St. Anns Church in Raynham at 10 a.m. Calling hours will be Monday from 4-7 p.m. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery in Taunton.
