Galen, Brooke, Alex & David,
Your family was very special to me and I will always remember the 2 weeks when your parents went on vacation without you 4 wonderful kiddos! We had so much fun and made some great memories! Your Mom and Dad were the best parents! I had been calling your Dad often before he went to the assisted living place and he was so proud of all his grandchildren and all their accomplishments. Dave was an awesome person to work with and have as a friend and he will be missed greatly! Praying for you all and know how much he and your Mom loved you!
love and hugs, Kathy Haynes Ballew

We had lots of fun working together at Cowen & Co. Dave was a smart and kind man. I will miss him. He always kept me up to date on his children's achievements, he was proud of them. I am sorry for your loss.

Dear Beveridge family,

I was very saddened to learn of Dave's passing. He and three bachelor buddies were our next door neighbors on Stanmore Drive in the early 1960s. I was just a young boy at the time, but he treated me like the most important person in the world. He was a consummate gentleman. May God bless his soul and all of you.
