Dear Matthews Family,
I only heard of Dinah's illness on Sept. 14th when my father was admitted to Methodist Hospital. I had hoped to get to see you, but sadly, my father's condition was such that we could not leave his side. He was called home to his Heaven on the 29th. I grieve your loss along with my own. Thank the Lord we are assured of a reunion one day where there will be no more goodbyes.
I delight in my memories of Dinah as a bright, spirited kindergartener. She loved to visit with her friends and everything was a new and wonderful adventure. She had a big smile and warm hugs. Her life here on earth was far too brief, but she lived it with a spunk! Good for her and good for us who knew her.

I didn't know Dinah, but she was a friend of my little sister Alex Ramirez. Ali talked great things about her and talked about her a lot. I ache for you being as I have my own child and Dinah is my little sisters age. Your family has been in my prayers and will continue to be. I pray strength and peace on your family.

Dear Matthews Family - My thoughts and prayers are with you. Dinah joins my daughter Stephanie - may they play together in the warmth and light of Heaven. I now run in Dinah's memory and only wish the Leukemia Society's funding of a cure could have come in time to help her. Peace, Karen

Dear Matthews Family-
Please know that you are in my prayers. Your family has always been an inspiration to me of your love for Jesus. I know you are experiencing a great loss; but WHAT A HOMECOMING IT WILL BE WHEN YOU SEE HER AGAIN! She is well now, sitting at the foot of Jesus waiting for you.
I love you all.
