Edward Charles Bajorek died on March 18, 2026 in Houston, Texas. Eddie was born on May 29, 1945 in Hope, Arkansas. As an infant he moved to Houston, Texas where he lived the rest of his life.
Eddie graduated from Lee High School in Houston. In 1969 he graduated from Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches with a Bachelor's degree in Business. Prior to becoming the owner of K&N Appliances in 1983, he flew small airplanes commercially, worked for HL&P and for Earl McMillan Appliances. Eddie was always "on the go". He loved life, people, his work, parties, travel and his home on Tiki Island. Eddie always had a smile on his face.
Eddie was preceded in death by his mother, Charlene Bering Bajorek, father, Edward Stanley Bajorek and brother, John Bajorek. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Mary Ann McCulley, his daughter Jennifer Bajorek and her wife Tina Lucas, daughter Shelly Niemand and her husband Trent Niemand, stepson Timothy McCulley and his wife Lynda McCulley, stepdaughter Melissa Denena and her husband James Denena, grandson's Nathan Niemand, Dean McCulley and Dylan McCulley, granddaughter's Isabella Denena, Juliana Denena, Amelia McCulley and Audrey Denena.
A celebration of life is planned for a later date. Eddie's final resting place will be on Tiki Island, his happy place.

"Fast Eddie" was always a great friend and a bundle of energy. I sailed with Eddie and Mary Ann many times and we always had a lot of fun. He crewed for me one year on an offshore regatta from Galveston down to Port Aransas, and there are too many funny stores about that trip to tell. Of course, what happens on the boat, stays on the boat!! My heart goes out to Mary Ann and all of Eddie's family.

Some of my favorite memories of Eddie was our canoe trips to Big Bend National Park. Canoeing down the Santa Elena Canyon with Eddie as my canoe partner was always an adventure, like us trying to find all our equipment after we flipped over. We also spent some happy and fun filled times with our daughters at Rocky River and Camp Cullen with the YMCA Indian Princess Program. Eddie was a exceptional person, wonderful father.and a true friend.
Eddie, we will miss you, and try to hold it down up there.
