Dearest Pascua Family - Our deepest condolences for your loss. Tito Fred was a very good family friend. He would pick us up from Rice Temple when were little (remember girls? - we even "tried" to walk home one time & we saw him drive up!), he took my mom to the hospital when she was about to have Derrick . . . He will be deeply missed.
