When I come to the end of the road,

and the sun has set for me.

I want no rites in a gloom-filled room.

Why cry for a soul set free?

Miss me a little—but not too long,

and not with your head bowed low.

Remember the love that we once shared.

Miss me, but let me go.

For this is a journey we all must take,

and each must go alone.

It’s all a part of the Master’s plan,

a step on the road to home.

When you are lonely and sick of heart,

go to the friends we know.

Bear your sorrow in good deeds.

Miss me, but let me go.

Wanda, Jessica, Angela, Josie, Sandy, Lisa, Michael, Terry, Charles, Melvin, Ashley, Rachel, Tori, Kelly, Katelyn, Joshua, Philip and Cody -- I love you guys, and know that I will keep each of your continually in my prayers and pray daily for your strength in the Lord.

To My Other Family - The Texada Family

We have been through a lot together. I thank God for your family and most of all for your mom. Flo (as we affectionately called her once we got grown) was my other mother. I will always remember how she looked forward to recieving my Christmas cards every year. When I didn't send one she would get on me. Flo always encouraged me as she talked about how I raised my children. Just like me, they became quite close to her. I know it seems that she's gone, but believe me she is right here. She is watching and applauding everything that you do. She has laid the foundation and now you all have to keep on building. I could not be with you today but please know that I was with you in my heart. I am always here. I love you all. God will keep all us.

TO WANDA AND THE TEXADA FAMILY:

My sincere condolences goes out to you and your family. Although I met Ms. Florence only once at Dillards with Jessica and Wanda. She was one of the most nicest person I have ever met. We talked and shared cookies together while we waited on Jessica to choose a dress. My, My, what a great person she was.

Keep her memories close to your heart, and she will always bring a smile when sadness is approaching.

God has now added another flower to his garden. (AND WHAT A BEAUTIFUL FLOWER HE CHOSE)

Keep Prayer and Faith together, and We will soon be apart of God's garden too.
