My wife, Danguole, and I were Francois' hairdressing clients for many years, since he was at Beautique. He was always a very cheerful and upbeat person, and we enjoyed his company. We did not get a chance to meet any family members, although we heard many wonderful things about you all, and we know that he loved you all very much. We were very sorry to hear about his passing, and we extend our deepest sympathies to you. We will miss him.
Yours,
William and Danguole Altman
