Frank could always be counted on when I needed him at my former position a Prairie View A&M University or at one of my softball games. A very dear friend was Frank to me. May he rest in peace.

Frank I certainly appreciate the friendship bond we developed many years ago while at PVAMU and then my move to Tuskegee Alabama. I will always remember the visits to the bank and our wonderful BBQ lunches.
Rest in peace my dear friend.
