Frank could always be counted on when I needed him at my former position a Prairie View A&M University or at one of my softball games. A very dear friend was Frank to me. May he rest in peace.

Frank was such a very dear friend to me when I moved to Sealy. He will be so very missed not only in the community but in my heart.

Dear Lord; may Frank be joyously sharing his new life with you Jesus. And may he know how truly we appreciated him here on earth. We love you Frank here at Gordon Memorial Library; Lupe Amaya

Thank you, Frank, for all of the wonderful things you did in life. You set a very high bar for the rest of us.

You could not ask for a better man than Frank Vecera. We were all privileged to have known him. The legacy he leaves behind is a rich one. Rest in peace now Frank.

Rest in peace my dear friend.

Mr. Frank has now graduated with the highest of honors to be with our Lord, his great humanitarian...
