When I was growing up we only went to two places, Brownies and Big George's. I have often said that I probably learned to count to 15 on Big Georges pool table. I last talked to Deena at my Dad's funeral two years ago. The Baldau family did not know all of us, but the entire neighborhood knew them because of "Big George's" and the Perry Cemetery Barbeques. When I left home Mrs. George sent me homemade cookies when I was stationed in Turkey. What a wonderful family they were. My sincerest condolences to the extended family.

With My Deepest Sympathy
You girls may or may not remember me, but I have known your Mother and her family since my early childhood days.
When I was young it always was such a fun time for all us "McCracken kids" to go to Big George's to get a soda water and other treats. Your grandfather would always give us something at no charge, such fond memories. They always had the cemetary barbeques on their place. Your grandmother we affectionately called Mrs. George was a stong caring lady, I actually have some of her flower stock in my garden, given to me by your mother. Again, my sympathy in your loss. The Cypress Community has lost a wonderful lady with very deep roots in history.

Now she joins her mother.
Your grandmother to keep God's garden well hoed and your mother to keep the place is clean. She was my friend and will be truly missed.

I feel your loss, Roger
