Dear Marcy, Kitch, and H. Ben,
I was sorry to learn of your father's passing last week. He was a good man, and I have fond memories of those early morning hunting trips and afternoon horseback rides with him in the early 70s.
I also respected him - especially for the way he honored the memory of your mother for all those years.
Please know that you are in our family's prayers during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Bert

Dear Marcy, Kitch and h-Ben
I love all of you and am so sorry for your loss. Your dad was always my favorite; especially when we went riding. Baby sitting for you was also a lot of fun. Saw you last at Uncle John's funeral. God Bless all of you. Your dad is now safely home. Love Charmaine

Kitch Taub,
I just wanted to offer my sincere condolences to you over the loss of your father, Henry J.N. Taub. I remember your father from my chilhood when we were students at St. John's School. I remember him as being a very kind & gentle man. Your father had a good heart. This was evident in his actions towards you and your siblings-Marcey & H. Ben, as well as to the city of Houston. My thoughts & prayers are with you and your family today, and I regret that I will not be able to attend the funeral.

With my deepest sympathy. He was such a fine human being, who I spoke with a few times during the past two years when I worked for Dr. Michael DeBakey.
