Howard Clodfelter Obituary

HOWARD RAY CLODFELTER, 59 of Houston passed away April 21, 2005. Ray was born July 14, 1945 in Gainesville, Texas, and grew up in Ft. Worth, Texas, graduating from Northside High School in 1963. He served his country during the Vietnam War in the United States Army. He is survived by his son Greg Clodfelter and daughter Kellie Ann Garrett, grandson David Garrett, granddaughter Lauren Shaddix, former wife Sandy Clodfelter, nephew Pat Lane, niece Tracy Patino, as well as many other family members and friends. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Klein Funeral Home on Champion Forest. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the VA Houston National Cemetery Chapel, 10410 Veteran's Memorial Drive, with interment following.

I was in Ray's graduating class at North Side High School. We had a lot of good times together. Please accept my sympathy in your time of loss.

I am a great fan of Ray and his family. Kelly Ann, Ray's daughter, has been a wonderful loving friend to me and my family. I am sorry about Ray's death, but I believe he is smiling down on Kelly Ann and Greg for the loving people they have become.
