He is survived by his parents, Baltazar F. & Rachel C. Garza; brother, Gabriel T. Garza.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 8, 2014, at Crespo Funeral Home - Navigation Chapel at 3 PM. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local food bank.

I only knew Isaac briefly but he had a beautiful soul, I wish him much love and light on his journey through the cosmos, and all the deepest condolences from my heart to the family who had to see him go. Many blessings to you all, I hope peace is found for all.
