Jackie, I will miss our lunch dates during our Speech Therapy Inservices. I am so grateful that we got a chance to have lunch twice this school year. You have always been such a delightful person and I will miss you so much. I know that you are in a better place.

Words cannot explain how wonderful you really were. You was there when I had no one to help or talk to. I'll hold the close memories we cherish like the parent teacher meeting with DeSean's teachers, shopping for furniture, spending times at your house and etc. I know one thing that you loved MORE than shopping and etc was "spending time with your grandkids'. When it came to Desean you were always there to make sure your "booty" who was DeSean, never went without! I promise to you that he will never forget you because the love you gave us will never fade away. We love you always!

As I spoke with Michael on Monday morning, it brought fond memories to my mind about our Dogan years in Tyler. Jackie and Michael were the best "swing-out" partners during that time with such grace and finesse-the same still remains. May God Bless you all, with great respect always- Juanita Hancock,Gwen Warren,Jackie and Yo-Yo Wright-formally of Tyler, Texas

My Aunt Jackie was the most beautiful persn inside and out. She has touched so many lives and warmed so many hearts with her kind words and her beautiful smile. Although I am not there today with the family, I will remember and love you always Aunt Jackie! You have been a blessing in my life. May God give comfort to our family through this difficult time and give peace to every family member.

My heart was broken and in shock upon hearing of Jackie Biggs' passing. She was a faithful customer at my Boutique and had a true eye for high fashion. She was a DIVA without the attitude and had a very kind and caring spirit. I remember many times when she offered encouragement to me for all of the things that were going on in my life. Heaven truly must have needed another Angel…she will be missed. My condolences to the family, friends and co-workers for their loss. God’s grace allowed you to have this wonderful and loving person in your life…but for a short time.

I would like to share with the family that Jackie will be greatly missed. I had the pleasure of working with her for six years in HISD as a speech therapist. She was always dressed to impress and was always helpful. She was one of the first people I called on when I had questions and needed help with paperwork. Your family in is our thoughts and prayers.
