We are saddened by Dale's passing. He was a joyous man, exuberant and full of life. He treated everyone he encountered with so much warmth. My various business travels with him to Santa Fe, NM and Houston, TX were informative and legendary for the depth and expanse of his knowledge. He will be missed. We send our condolences to his wife Debbye and son Paul and the Family. May his Soul Rest in Peace. -Victor & Elizabeth Ume-Ukeje, San Francisco, CA

My thoughts and prayers are with the Lehman family during this difficult time. I remember Dale fondly from Neshannock High School where we both attended.
