You know I remeber the most special words God told me to tell you before I left your house 2 days before you past. "It's going to be ok!" Them words were not out of me, these words were from the Lord auntie. I love you. I am not a crying person, but I saw that I won't be seeing you anymore. I never have liked saying the words "good bye" Aunt Janice. But I know that It is good bye untill the tomorrows. And what made me cry joyfully is hearing Gods' voice through you in my mind sayind,"it's ok." Then I heard I am ok. I thought I saw your face a couple of times. But I love you Aunt Janice. May I see you again. Hopefully to walk with you. Maybe you and Aunt Kerrie will come for me in my day. But I love you. And I know Jesus prepared that place for you.
Love your Nephew Keenann Spencer

I worked with Janice some years ago at Dogan Elementary. Those were very good times. They were filled with joy. Although, it has been a while, there are people who pass through your life that leaves an impression. Janice was one of those people . She will truly be missed her smile, voice and loving attitude for life.

Words can not begin to explain the great sense of loss that I felt this morning when I received the message of Janice's death. While we had loss contact for a while, we regained our communications a few years ago and it was much like old times. Janice and I became very good friend doing our time at Knoxville College. We often joked that we were sisters because of our common last and middle names. While distance kept us from seeing each other as much as we would have liked, our bond of friendship remained over the years. To her family, I send my deepest sympathy and you will all be continually in my prayers.

Ms. Barbara and Family,
In times like these, may it comfort you to know that a friend, who also grieved, understands. May you, also, find comfort in knowing that yesterday, today and tomorrow are in GOD's hands. May the love and peace, that only comes from knowing and loving GOD, sustain you.
Janice will always be special in my heart.
