Dr. Javier Berrios, 55, went to be with our Heavenly Father on Monday, February 13, 2023. He is survived by his daughter, Anika Christina Berrios-Cinelli; the son of Leonor Rivera and Salvador Berrios (deceased); the brother of Lesby Berrios and Elvis Berrios; sister and brother-in-law Elka and Sean Bresnahan; brother and sister-in-law Ronnie and Janina Berrios; and Lilian Ruiz. He had 7 nieces and nephews; Manuel Pineiro, Rylee and Justin Bresnahan, Catiria, Cristina, Elvis and Joey Berrios. Dr. Berrios enjoyed a successful, growing practice helping people, and loved to travel.

Dr Berrios was a wonderful doctor and a friend. He helped to make my life better for over twenty years. I am just so happy that we laughed and joked together during my last visit in February.
He was a special person and will be sorely missed.

It is a tragic loss for all of those who knew and loved Javier. Words cannot express my sorrow for his close friends and family. I can only offer my prayers and support as you move through this difficult time. Having been a close part of Javier´s life for several years, I know that he was a dedicated and practiced spiritual believer and he would want us to remember and cherish the beautiful memories that we shared with him. He was a generous soul who enjoyed to read and had a yearning to learn new information and a desire for new experiences through travel, fitness, dining, and attending friends´ parties/events to name a few. He loved deeply and was loved deeply in return.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Berrios family. Although I did not get to meet him, he was my mother's physician and she thought the world of him. He helped her when no one else could. She said was such a caring and loving doctor - so rare to find these days. My mom has cried since the day she heard of his passing. From seeing my mother's emotions I know he was a wonderful doctor and was a great light to all he met.
