To the family of Joe David, I am heart broken for you and all who loved Joe David. He could not have a more loving, caring and supportive family. The measure of our love is the measure of our grief and so yours will seem unbearable at times but all the wonderful memories will eventually buffer the sadness and you all will smile again. The last time I saw Joe David was some years ago at a family crawfish boil. He was sitting at the other end of a large feast filled table where all the laughing was going on compliments of Joe David. Big smile, bigger than life.

My heartfelt condolences to all who loved Joe David. I will remember what a quick wit he was, a very intelligent, charming, and handsome guy who was so uniquely down-to-earth and genuine. He really is sadly missed.

I knew Joe David when we were both still considered children. Our parents were the best of friends during their schooling and continued that friendship through adulthood. Our families spent numerous memorable vacations together.
I remember Joe David being a super sweet and sensitive person who deeply loved his family.
I am in awe of Joe David's accomplishments in life!
He was the "baby" in the bunch of us kids (his sisters Diane and Darla, my sister Kim and myself).
Joe David passed away much too soon!
My condolences to his family, friends, and the world that now has to continue without his presence and influence.
