I just learned of John's passing from a TLTA email this a.m. John and my father were great comrades from the title insurance business for many years. John also bailed me out of many interesting title problems through the years. He was a great Real Estate Attorney and although we only met in person once in Lubbock, Texas, he was a mentor to me.

Bert Massey of Brownwood told me of John's death just this morning. I am so sorry I did not find out until today as I would like to have paid my respects to your father by attending his funeral services. Mr. Coselli was my first boss in the title industry and the finest mentor anyone could have for both his knowledge and his ethical integrity. I think of him often asking: "what would Mr. Coselli do?" God rest his soul.

John, Joe, Pete, and Mike -- Your father was a class act. I knew him through the years as a neighbor, as one of my dad's most respected friends, as your very proud papa, and as my very first boss! He filled every one of those roles with a remarkable quiet competence, and I always loved seeing him. I can only imagine how you will miss this dad who was president of each of your fan clubs. I guess he and Doris and Margaret and Emory have earned a blessed rest. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families.

Dear John, Joe, Pete & Mike--
I am sorry that I didn't find out about your father's death until now.
I first met your parents before any of you were more than a gleam in their eyes. My parents, Emory and Margaret Carl, valued them as friends, neighbors (and in your father's case, a business associate) for many years. As a former employee of Commercial Title Company, I also remember what a kind, gentle & incredibly patient man your father was!
Those of us lucky enough to have been winners in the parent lottery (as I was & you certainly were) inevitably miss them greatly, even while we're filled with gratitude for the people they helped us become.
Blessings to you all.

My respectful condolences on the death of your beloved father. God rest his soul.
Having shared moments with, admired and loved your father is a gift that I will not cease to thank God.

I was very fond of your Dad - from working with him here at Chicago Title and from our visits together when I would go see my Dad at Brighton Gardens. He was an inspiration and a true gentleman and his sons are a testimony to the kind of father he was. I praise God that he is in a better place and now is enjoying the presence of the Lord! Hallelujah!

Joe, Pete, John and Mike,
What a sweet soul Mr. Coselli was! I remember fondly the time I spent at your home sitting around the kitchen table having Saturday lunch Your parents centered their lives around family and faith--always holding you all close to their hearts. You each held them close as well. May God grant you all comfort and peace.
