My thoughts and prayers are with the Angle family. Mr. Angle was my principal at Francis Scott Key Middle School in 1973. He and my mother’s counseling, guidance and encouragement brought me through some tough times. Mr. Angle was a pioneer for education and had a deep love for the success and well-being of all children. I will never forget his contribution to my life.

Mr.Angle was a Good Principle. In the year of 1974 I made a mistake in my life , and because of him I went the right in in my Life. I finish School, Got Married and Begin my Life With My Husband, My First Born is Now a Principle in Fort Bend County, He would tell me to keep my head up, and don't let no one tell you, that I can't do anything. I've been marry for 32 years now, and a very proud mother.
This is a person I will never forget. God bless you and keep your hands in gods hand.My prays are with the Angle family.

I had the privilege of working with Joe Angle for a number of years in the H.I.S.D. administration building. He never lost his primary focus that our goal was to serve children. His leadership style was always fair and wise and I grew to respect him greatly. I mourn the loss of this outstanding man and wish to express deep sympathy to the Angle family.

I am sadden by the loss of such a great person. Mr. J.T. Angle, once a principal known to many at Francis Scott Key. I am thankful for having witness first hand from Mr. Angle what a paddle was. It only took that once and I continue to strive to be the great person he wanted all of the students he encountered to be. My deepest regrets to his family, know that he will always be remembered kindly.
