Jim, Vicky and Mikie,
The service was beautiful today; Jerry meant so much to so many people. I told her many times that I had never seen two sons love their mother so much. She agreed and hoped that you would be strong when this time came. Take comfort in knowing that she is with Ed and Lewis. I will miss her so much. She was a beautiful, witty, intelligent and kind lady.

Jimmy and Vicki,
My sympathies and condolences on the passing of your mother. It has been many years since I have seen any of the Clepper family but I have very fond memories.
In the late 60s, I was on a deer lease in Anderson with her husband Ed. We had many, many great times.
Josephine, aka Jerry, and Ed always welcomed me into their home and were always so cordial.
What I remember most is the letters Jerry and Ed would write when I was in the military from 1970 – 1972. Those letters were always so supportive and greatly helped a serviceman’s spirits so far from home. To take time to write so frequently was greatly appreciated. I still have each one.
It is never easy to lose a loved one at any age but Jerry lived a long life that was filled with love from her family and friends. I was honored to have known Jerry.
May her soul eternally rest in peace.

Dear Jimmy and Vickie,
I have so many happy and fun time memories when I think of Jerry. She always made me feel welcomed in her home. One evening Louis and I were on a date and stopped by to visit Jerry first. What ever Louis would say to me Jerry would look at him and say "Louie, you be nice!"...she was on my side! I fixed her hair for many years...learned something new every week from Jerry! And she always brought her own hair brush for me to use on her!
She was a real blessing on this Earth.
Love,
Caryn Price
