Kenneth Wayne Lagrone

KENNETH WAYNE LAGRONE 1927-2006. Ken, a WW II veteran and Marilu, his wife of 58 years, met at Oklahoma University in 1948. He worked as a petroleum engineer with Shell Oil Co. for 37 years. He and Marilu lived in 18 different places in the first 12 months of Shell's training program, and later in Wichita Falls, Midland, Indonesia, California, Alaska and Brazil. For the last 23 years, they've resided in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his wife, 3 children and 6 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 19th, 6 pm, at Brookside Funeral Home Cypress Creek, 9149 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX 77095. 281-345-6061.
