Lionel Stroud Obituary

LIONEL STROUD passed away on May 20, 2009 after a brief illness. He was born in Atlanta, Ga. on February 27, 1922 to the union of John Stroud and Edolia Angel Stroud. He and his wife, Willene owned and operated Stroud's Flower Shop in Houston for over 50 years. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 5, 2009 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with a Memorial Service following at 11:00 a.m. at McCoy & Harrison Funeral Home 4918 MLK Blvd. Internment of his ashes will follow at Veteran's National Cemetery.
